Known as the “Mobility Maker,” Dana Santas CSCS, E-RYT, is a breathing, mobility and mind-body coach in professional sports, on-air health & wellness expert, best-selling author of the book “Practical Solutions for Back Pain Relief” and international presenter on ways to breathe, move and feel better in our bodies and minds for performance enhancement and healthier, happier living.
Specializing in training athletes in MLB, NHL, NBA, NFL, MLS, PGA, WTA & WWE, Dana has nearly two decades of experience with 45+ professional sports teams and thousands of athletes worldwide, and is the creator of the YIT (Yoga-Inspired Training) Method for Athletes Coaching Certification.
She also proudly works with tactical athletes (military, special forces, first responders and veterans), including previously serving as exclusive mind-body coach to the Boston Fire Department, and currently serving as a wellness consultant to the Fairfax Criminal Justice Academy.
