Known as the “Mobility Maker,” Dana Santas CSCS, E-RYT, is a breathing, mobility and mind-body coach in professional sports, a contributing expert to CNN Health, best-selling author of the book “Practical Solutions for Back Pain Relief” and an international speaker/presenter on ways to help people breathe, move and feel better in their bodies and be happier and healthier in their lives.
Specializing in training athletes in MLB, NHL, NBA, NFL, MLS, PGA, WTA & WWE, Dana is currently a coach/consultant for the Orlando Magic, Tampa Bay Rays, Philadelphia Phillies, Atlanta Braves, Toronto Blue Jays, Houston Texans, Tampa Bay Lightning & World Wrestling Entertainment, and has experience consulting/training with 45+ teams and hundreds of pro athletes worldwide.
She also proudly works with U.S. military and veterans and previously served as exclusive yoga trainer for the Boston Fire Department.
