Dana will be participating in the 50-Mile Ruck, providing help with physical & mental prep and recovery efforts, as well as marching alongside her military friends in support of this important initiative.
Thurs., Sept. 23rd, Dana will lead a hands-on “Train Your Breathing, Change Your Game” session.
Fri., Sept. 24th, she'll participate on a "Women's Q&A Panel."
Sat., Sept. 25th, she'll share a business and life lecture called: "The Game-Changing Truth about Self Control."
Dana will be participating on a roundtable with her peers, discussing the importance, strategy and techniques for recovery and regeneration in pro sports and general fitness realms.
Dana will teach you the how and why behind structuring mobility programs—including the integration of mobility exercises into strength and conditioning programs as well as the creation of stand-alone mobility sessions.
