Want to move better? Breathe better.
Breathing is a hot topic these days, but not everyone understands how to unlock and harness its power to impact movement. In the first half of this session, you’ll learn the basics of breathing biomechanics and why most of us don’t breathe optimally. You’ll also discover how breathing impacts posture, mobility, stability, and strength. During the second half, Dana will take you through two simple breathing-based exercises that will demonstrate marked improvements in shoulder internal and external rotation as well as hip internal rotation. You’ll have the opportunity to see and feel the difference better breathing makes in your own posture and movement!
