Not everyone understands how to unlock and harness the power of breathing. In this session, you’ll learn game-changing ways to optimize diaphragm function so you can leverage breathing as our most fundamental movement pattern, enhancing the quality of virtually all other movement patterns—as well as positively impacting our ability to focus, react and rest.
