Although breathing is a hot topic these days, not everyone understands how to unlock and harness its game-changing power. That’s why Dana created these sessions—to share practical ways you can immediately start using simple, accessible breathing exercises (without straws, balloons, masks, etc.) to enhance virtually every aspect of performance. During the lecture, Dana will empower you with an understanding of how breathing impacts posture, mobility, stability and strength, as well as ways to improve breathing biomechanics for easier access to deeper breathing & the parasympathetic state for better concentration, stress management, rest and recovery. In the hands-on, you’ll have the opportunity to experience and learn the primary exercises Dana uses with her pro clients to leverage breathing as a movement pattern for enhanced shoulder, t-spine and hip mobility.
