Breathing is a hot topic these days, but not everyone understands how to unlock and harness its power to impact movement. In this session, you’ll learn how breathing affects posture, mobility, stability, and strength. And, during the open gym time, Dana will be available to demo breathing-based exercises that create immediate, measurable improvements in shoulder, t-spine and hip rotation—giving you the opportunity to see and feel the game-changing impact of better breathing mechanics!
