In this session, Dana will teach you the how and why behind structuring mobility programs—including the integration of mobility exercises into strength and conditioning programs as well as the creation of stand-alone mobility sessions. She’ll also share key insights into getting your clients to buy into mobility training so they understand the value and will not only comply with your programming but practice exercises on their own.
